das allercremigste Porridge

Arbeitszeit: 5 | Koch-/Backzeit: 5 min | Schwierigkeitsgrad: einfach

Zutaten für 2 Portionen:

120g Oats
2 small bananas
200ml mylk (oat, cashew, ...)
a handful of blueberries
some grapes
1 handful of nuts and seeds or nutbutter (whatever you like)


Mash one banana with a fork. Keep the other for decoration.
Mix the mashed banana, oats and mylk in a pan and heat it up. Stir regularly sothat it won´t burn. Once the liquid is soaked up, place the porridge in two bowls
Cut your berries and fruits and slice the other banana. Top both bowls with the toppings you´ve got. Get creative and enjoy!
