Super Easy Broccoli Spaghetti Dish
Zutaten für 2 Portionen:
• 350g Broccoli
• 400g Spaghetti
• 200ml vegan cream
• Yeast flakes
• salt, pepper
First cook the spaghetti in salted water. Meanwhile, mix the vegan cream and yeast flakes as needed and simmer over medium heat. After 2-3 minutes. Then add the broccoli, season with salt, pepper and vegata (kucharek) and let simmer for another 7 minutes. Drain the noodles and place them on a plate together with two ladles of the broccoli cream sauce.
Then decorate everything with some flax seeds. To get more omega-3 from the flax seeds, grind them first. Bon appetit!
