Homemade Chickpea Humus

Zutaten für 3 Portionen:
1 can or jar of chickpeas (drained weight approx. 200g)
1 tablespoon tahini (sesame hummus)
4 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons neutral oil
Salt, paprika & cumin to taste
4 tablespoons vegetable milk
1-2 cloves of garlic
for garnish:
Paprika powder
Fresh parsley
Zubereitung
Rinse and drain chickpeas. Then place all ingredients in a blender and blend well. If needed, add a little vegetable milk to achieve the desired creaminess. Pour everything into a bowl and garnish with paprika powder through a sieve, as well as fresh parsley. Bon appetite!
