Vegan Glass Noodle Dish

Zutaten für 3 Portionen:

• 500g Glass Noodles
• 400g broccoli
• 200g fresh mushrooms
• 100g cherry tomatoes
• 2 red onions
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• Soy Sauce (to taste)
• Grain Mix
• Sesame seeds
• salt, pepper, coriander

Zubereitung

Cut the onions into small pieces and fry them in a wok or pan with the vegetable oil. Meanwhile, heat water in a pot and add the glass noodles. Turn off the heat as soon as the water boils and leave the glass noodles to swell for about 5 minutes. Add the broccoli to the onions and heat them on medium heat for 5 minutes. Now slice the tomatoes and mushrooms and add them to the pan or wok together with the soy sauce and the grain mixture. Heat it for one minute. Now add the swollen glass noodles and spices. After 5 more minutes, the meal is ready.
Arrange it now with sesame seeds.
